Een goede huisvader in België
In de regels van de FOD staat dat ‘de goede huisvader’ die als hobby in cryptocurrency investeert, vrijgesteld is van het betalen van belasting op zijn digitale vermogen. Een brede term en verschillende criteria worden door de belastingdienst gebruikt om te bepalen wie er onder valt. U moet bijvoorbeeld aantonen dat uw beleggingen relatief risicovrij zijn. U belegt slechts een “beperkt percentage” van uw liquide vermogen in cryptocurrency. Er is echter geen wettelijke limiet om dat beperkt percentage vast te stellen.
